This role sits closely in support of the Operations Manager and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse activities.This is a role that will involve leading from the front, working across all areas of the warehouse and setting the standard for accuracy, organisation and teamwork. The business operates in a sector where precision is key. Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and support a small warehouse team to achieve daily targetsWork across all areas including goods-in, picking, packing and despatchAllocating tasks and monitoring workflow to maintain efficiency and accuracyOperating Counterbalance Forklift Truck when requiredMaintaining accurate stock control using internal systemsInvestigating and resolving stock discrepancies and errorsEnsuring all goods are handled and dispatched correctlyPromoting and maintaining high health and safety standardsTraining and developing team membersContinuously looking for ways to improve processes and reduce errorsWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious warehouse experience in a Supervision or Team Leader roleValid forklift license (Counterbalance)Strong attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
