This is not an operations manager role. You will be: Running and managing a small team Managing performance and working to KPIs Ensuring trucks are loaded, picked and orders processed correctly Getting involved in day to day warehouse duties yourself The warehouse is clean, warm and dry and the environment is very process driven.
