Warehouse Team Leader (Late Shift)

£37K + Benefits + Overtime Permanent from Day One

We need a hands-on, experienced warehouse team leader with a valid, accredited counterbalance FLT certificate for a busy distribution centre in Southam. This is not an operations manager role.

You will be:

• Running and managing a small team
• Managing performance and working to KPIs
• Ensuring trucks are loaded, picked and orders processed correctly
• Getting involved in day to day warehouse duties yourself

The warehouse is clean, warm and dry and the environment is very process driven.
