Warehouse Team Leader Right Now Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client''s growing operation based in Hayes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing and developing a new warehouse team from the ground up, leading a team within a busy operation responsible for handling aircraft spares and high-value goods. The successful candidate will be a confident, hands-on leader who can motivate and develop their team while maintaining high standards of safety, security, stock accuracy and operational performance. Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Team Leader Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives, allocating daily workloads and ensuring operational targets and customer requirements are achieved. Help establish a new warehouse team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and ongoing development of team members. Provide hands-on operational support when required, including receiving, picking, packing, stock movements and dispatch of aircraft spares and high-value goods. Oversee stock accuracy, inventory movements, stock counts, scanning, documentation and accurate updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Monitor team performance, attendance and operational KPIs, resolving issues and communicating priorities through regular team briefings.
