This is a highly operational role suited to someone who leads from the front, thrives in a physical environment, and can drive performance through hands-on leadership rather than office-based management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop a warehouse team to achieve daily operational KPIsAct as a visible presence on the warehouse floor, setting standards and leading by exampleEnsure productivity, efficiency and accuracy targets are consistently metMonitor team performance and address any issues proactivelySupport day-to-day warehouse operations, including physical tasks where requiredMaintain high standards of health and safety and operational complianceSupport management with continuous improvements within the warehouse functionCandidate RequirementsProven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader roleStrong leadership style with the ability to motivate and engage a teamHands-on approach with a willingness to be fully operationalPhysically fit and comfortable in a demanding, manual environmentCounterbalance forklift licence (desirable)Reach truck licence (desirable)Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance ..... full job details .....
