Warehouse Team Leader Vacancy (PM Shift) Location: Luton, Bedfordshire Contract Type: Permanent Salary: up to £38k per annum Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Team Leader, where you will be instrumental in delivering safe, efficient, and high-performing warehouse operations within an assigned functional area. This role is crucial for supervising daily activities, guiding Warehouse Operatives, and ensuring that operational plans are executed effectively to meet service, productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy targets. Day-to-Day of the Role: Inbound, Put-Away and Replenishment: Supervise inbound deliveries, ensuring goods are received and processed accurately. Coordinate stock put-away and monitor replenishment activities to maintain inventory accuracy. Picking, Packing and Dispatch: Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure that customer orders are completed accurately and within service levels. Team Leadership and Performance: Allocate workloads, set daily priorities, and provide support to Warehouse Operatives. Monitor and coach team performance to drive continuous improvement. Health, Safety and Compliance: Promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with company policies and Health and Safety requirements, and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
