This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and service.Working across a rotating shift pattern, you will help lead a consistent, efficient, and safe workflow throughout the warehouse.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Team Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining performance, accuracy and compliance across the operation.You will be responsible for:Checking outbound deliveries and products to ensure 100% accuracy and timely dispatch.Maintaining excellent personal and team safety, always following safe working practices.Completing all inbound and outbound paperwork accurately and promptly.Supporting wider warehouse tasks as required to maintain smooth operations.Reporting any hygiene, damage, or quality concerns to management immediately.Completing QC checks and all ..... full job details .....
