Position: Warehouse Team LeaderLocation: AylesburySalary: 26,500 - 27,000 per annumOur client is a leading provider in the logistics and warehousing industry, offering innovative solutions with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.The Role:As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will work within the warehouse department dealing with both internal teams and external customers to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality standards.Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency utilising the Warehouse Management System (WMS).- Assist with training warehouse employees and monitoring the team''s performance, prioritising customer satisfaction.- Communicate effectively with Account Managers and Customers.- Assist the manager in solving day-to-day operational issues and achieving performance goals.- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.- Communicate with management regarding problems and suggestions.- Use Microsoft applications for administrative tasks when necessary.- Be flexible to operate within multiple departments.About You:Applicants should have excellent problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience working with warehouse procedures and policies.
