This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, maintain high standards of safety and accuracy, and motivate a team to consistently achieve operational targets. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives to ensure accurate, safe and timely handling of products, delivering the correct product, quantity and quality to customers on time. This is a key position within the operation, supporting productivity, compliance and continuous improvement.
