Warehouse Team LeaderPertemps are seeking an experienced, highly organised, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for our clients brand new operation in Foston, Dove Valley Park. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities, excellent supply chain experience and a proven track record in warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational planning, staffing and implementation, ensuring efficiency, safety and scalability.As the Warehouse Team Lead you will be instrumental in optimising workflow, driving productivity, and ensuring operational excellence in delivering dedicated warehouse-as-a-service to all business units operating within the facility. Key Outcomes and Responsibilities+ Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Quality related procedures and ensuring they are always understood and practiced by the team+ Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of product meets customers timescales/requirements+ Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods+ Supervise and proactively control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage+ Organise, facilitate, and manage stock takes at regular intervals+ Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures whilst adopting the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues+ Monitor and maintain ..... full job details .....
