We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities while leading a small team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Working Hours:
08:00 – 16:00
30-minute unpaid break
Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
• Overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure productivity targets are met
• Allocating tasks and monitoring performance
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Supporting loading, unloading, and stock movement where required
• Assisting with general warehouse duties and problem solving on shift

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
• Ideally hold a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence or be willing to be trained
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
