This is an urgent requirement with multiple positions available across a range of shift patterns. We are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment, providing leadership to operational teams while ensuring safety, productivity, service and quality standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage warehouse operatives on shift. Drive operational performance against KPIs and service targets. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Manage team performance, attendance and engagement. Coordinate daily operational activities to meet customer requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse. Deliver effective shift handovers and communication across teams. Essential Experience Previous experience working as a Warehouse Team Leader within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
