Warehouse Team Leader (Nights)

Job Overview Our client, a very successful logistics firm, are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee night-shift operations within their logistics centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse activities, ensuring efficient materials handling, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. Hours are 5.30pm - 2.30am, Monday - Friday. Duties Lead and supervise night-shift warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely to move heavy loads Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support to staff Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, shipments, and internal reports Skills Proven leadership experience in warehouse management or logistics operations Valid Forklift, VNA and PPT Certification, is essential Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff during night shifts Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation If you think you would be a good fit for the role then we would love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
