This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse operatives, including order pickers and FLT drivers, across a rotating shift pattern. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet operational targets. Oversee daily warehouse activities including order picking, goods in/out, and stock movements. Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management using internal systems. Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transport and production teams to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure compliance with site procedures.
