Warehouse Team Leader

Role: The purpose of the role is to assist the team in their activities and provide guidance with the day-to-day tasks. Whilst continuing to learn skills associated with the people management and production, whilst being fully compliant to all corporate and legislative standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: To supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures Providing day-to-day direction to the team, and control of the production activities Communicate with other members of the management team with production issues Monitor the quality of products and ensure that standards are maintained Role model behaviour to other members of staff Co-ordinate department activities and projects to ensure high standards are maintained, and deadlines are met on time Conduct employee reviews, investigations, training, development, mentoring, appraisals, and hiring of new staff as required Contribute and sustain 5S activities within the workplace Evaluate department processes and recommend ..... full job details .....
