Warehouse Team LeaderLocation: Hull Salary: 32,000 - 34,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)The OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a leading and well-established distribution operation in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved while leading and developing a team of warehouse operatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives across all warehouse activities.Plan and allocate workloads to ensure operational and customer service targets are met.Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance and training where required.Ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.Conduct team briefings, return-to-work meetings and performance discussions as required.Monitor stock accuracy and support inventory control activities.Investigate and resolve operational issues to minimise disruption.Work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure all company policies, procedures and ..... full job details .....
