Warehouse Team Leader (Delivery Station Team Leader)Bellshill- ML4Start Date- ImmediateFull Time - 40 Hours per Week£13.42 per hour Shifts Available- 5 out of 7 days- 07:00-16:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift) 5 out of 7 days- 13:00-22:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift) Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station in Bellshill. Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre, you will support the day-to-day operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high standards across the warehouse.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on team leader with proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of warehouse operatives. Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are achieved. Monitor team performance, productivity, and accuracy. Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve operational goals. Promote a safe working environment and ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed. Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate where required. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the warehouse. What We''re Looking For Essential: Previous team management experience within a warehouse, distribution, fulfilment, or logistics environment. Strong leadership and people management skills.
