Some flexibility is required around peak periods and team holidays.Key responsibilities:Oversee packing and dispatch to ensure all SLAs and customer standards are metMonitor next-day and Evri orders, chasing progress and escalating any issuesAllocate tasks at the start of the shift and monitor team performance and KPIsProduce and analyse stock reports from WMS (PVX, Futura) and investigate discrepanciesMonitor and review bulk/pick locations and daily top-upsEnsure accurate handovers between PM and AM shifts, including IBT spreadsheetsSupport with goods-in put away where requiredComplete and submit incident and accident reports when necessaryManage and respond to email and Teams queries appropriatelyKey requirements:Experience in a warehouse / goods out / dispatch environment...
