Warehouse Goods Out / Dispatch Assistant Team LeaderAndover37.5 hours per weekSunday-Thursday, 13:30-21:30Salary is 27000 - 29000 per AnnumWe''re recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer for a Warehouse Goods Out / Dispatch Assistant Team Leader.You''ll support the Team Leader with day-to-day goods out admin and coordination, ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately, on time and to agreed service levels. Some flexibility is required around peak periods and team holidays.Key responsibilities:Oversee packing and dispatch to ensure all SLAs and customer standards are metMonitor next-day and Evri orders, chasing progress and escalating any issuesAllocate tasks at the start of the shift and monitor team performance and KPIsProduce and analyse stock reports from WMS (PVX, Futura) and investigate discrepanciesMonitor and review bulk/pick locations and daily top-upsEnsure accurate handovers between PM and AM shifts, including IBT spreadsheetsSupport with goods-in put away where requiredComplete and submit incident and accident reports when necessaryManage and respond to email and Teams queries appropriatelyKey requirements:Experience in a warehouse / goods out / dispatch environmentStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracyAble to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlinesConfident motivating and supporting a teamComfortable using handheld terminals (Windows CE and Android)Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookPhysically fit ..... full job details .....
