You will play a key role in leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment The role is responsible for maintaining stock accuracy from receipt through to dispatch, improving operational processes, and driving productivity and customer satisfaction. As part of the Operations Management Team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, implement warehouse management best practices, and lead teams to achieve high levels of performance, accuracy, and efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a hands-on operational environment and is passionate about driving efficiency, quality, and team performance.
