Warehouse Team LeaderSheffield Fulltime - Monday-FridayElevation Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing FMCG business on the outskirts of Sheffield, supplying products to major retailers and private label customers across the UK and Europe.We''re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse function - a hands-on leadership role with real influence across the wider operation.The RoleLead and manage the small warehouse team, including training, coaching, performance management, and daily briefingsChampion a strong health and safety culture and ensure full legislative complianceSupport and guide the team across both warehouse and production where neededGet hands-on with daily operations, training the team on core processesDeputise for the Operations Manager during periods of absenceOwn key KPIs - OTIF, RFT, productivity, quality and wasteMaintain inventory accuracy, ensuring stock and system records always alignWork closely with Technical, Commercial, Production and Supply Chain teams to keep operations running smoothlyDrive continuous improvement across the warehouseWhat We''re Looking ForProven supervisory experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environmentExperience leading teams across multiple operational areasStrong understanding of health and safety legislation in practiceConfident with MS Office and batch/inventory control systemsHACCP and Level 3 Food ..... full job details .....
