Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their operations team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader looking to take ownership of a busy warehouse operation, develop a high-performing team and contribute to the ongoing success of a well-established manufacturing site.The RoleAs Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation, ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are consistently achieved. You''ll lead and develop your team, drive continuous improvements and work closely with other departments to ensure materials are available to support production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop the warehouse team to achieve departmental objectives.Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures and Health and Safety legislation.Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping and operational performance.Manage raw material stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production.Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to identify and implement operational improvements.Develop, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments. ..... full job details .....
