C2 Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy distribution centre operation in Daventry.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, stock control or auditing experience who''s ready to take on more responsibility.

You''ll lead a small team carrying out stock accuracy checks across inbound and outbound deliveries, making sure standards are maintained, targets are achieved and discrepancies are quickly identified.

If you''re organised, confident with people and have a sharp eye for detail, this could be a great next move.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you''ll work alongside your team while taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the daily audit operation.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading daily stock audits across pallets, cages and trailer loads
• Checking inbound and outbound deliveries for accuracy
• Ensuring daily quality and productivity targets are achieved
• Monitoring audit information to identify errors and trends
• Coaching and supporting your team, including regular 1:1s
• Maintaining accurate audit records
• Helping improve processes and standards across the operation

What We''re Looking For

You don''t need years of management experience. We''re looking for someone who knows their way around a warehouse and is ready to take the lead.

You''ll need:

• Previous warehouse, stock control, auditing, checking or dispatch experience
• Team leadership experience would be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and basic numerical skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• A positive, reliable and hands-on approach
• You must be aged 18 or over

Hours & Shifts

• 37.5 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7
• Shifts between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
• 30-minute unpaid break
• Ambient warehouse environment
