Warehouse Team Leader Allington, Maidstone 25,701 per annum Full-time, permanent A solid opportunity for a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys responsibility, accuracy and keeping teams on track in a fast-moving distribution environment.This is a full-time permanent role based at our customer''s distribution centre in Larne, working in a mixed environment.Pay and hours 25,701 per annum37.5 hours per week plus a 30-minute unpaid break5 days out of 78-hour shifts between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00The role As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for stock accuracy and daily audit performance, ensuring pallets and cages are checked correctly before leaving the warehouse.Key responsibilities include:Managing stock accuracy within the depot and outbound trailersChecking incoming deliveries against driver paperworkLeading daily auditing activity to meet targetsEnsuring individual and team KPIs are achievedCompleting and recording weekly supervision with team membersReviewing audit data and providing clear performance feedbackSupporting safe and efficient warehouse operationsAbout youConfident with basic maths without using a calculatorClear written and verbal communication skillsAble to respond to verbal instructions and audible warning devicesBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordComfortable leading people in a busy warehouse settingAged 18 or over A permanent role offering structure, responsibility and progression.
