You will have experience in and be able to: Lead a team of up to 30 peopleLead shift briefings and manage staff performanceOversee goods-in, storage, pick accuracy, and dispatch to guarantee 100% customer satisfactionOrganise daily work plans and ensuring proper equipment availability for your shiftDaily coordination with Transport, Stock Control and Admin teamsThis role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.
