Warehouse Team Leader Leeds, LS11 Full Time £28,000 per annum Our client is an established and growing UK business supplying products to trade and commercial customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy warehouse team and support the day-to-day running of the operation. The Role Reports To: Warehouse Manager The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of their busy warehouse operation. This role is ideal for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career whilst remaining hands-on in the warehouse. The successful candidate will lead by example, working alongside the warehouse team whilst taking responsibility for coordinating workloads, maintaining standards and ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Support and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team Allocate workloads and priorities to ensure orders are processed efficiently Lead by example and promote a positive, productive working environment Provide support, guidance and training to warehouse operatives Assist with the induction and development of new starters Escalate performance, attendance or conduct issues to management where required Warehouse Operations Carry out picking, packing and dispatch duties alongside the warehouse team Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time Support ..... full job details .....
