This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to achieve daily KPIs and operational targets. Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities within your allocated department. Allocate and prioritise workloads to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Promote and maintain high Health and Safety standards across the warehouse. Ensure all processes are followed in line with company SOPs. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and PDA/scanner devices to monitor stock and maintain accuracy.
