Warehouse Supervisor – Bendi FLT Driver

Location: B12, Birmingham
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Hours: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence to join our busy warehouse operation based in B12, Birmingham.

This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for supporting the smooth running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently while leading and supporting the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations
• Operating a Bendi/Flexi FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Managing stock movements and warehouse organisation
• Monitoring team performance and productivity
• Ensuring health and safety standards are followed
• Supporting and training warehouse staff
• Completing stock checks and warehouse paperwork

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse supervisory experience essential
• Valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work well under pressure
