The role is responsible for maintaining high operational standards while taking a hands-on approach and working alongside the team when required. Key Requirements Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team effectivelyHands-on approach with a willingness to work alongside the team during operational peaks or when requiredSolid understanding of warehouse processes, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatchStrong knowledge of health and safety practices ..... full job details .....
