Warehouse Supervisor Job in Crewe Immediate Start Temp to PermThe Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a leading logistics and packaging solutions company based in Crewe, Cheshire.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Logistics Supervisor looking to join a well-established UK-wide organisation specialising in the storage, distribution, and management of packaging solutions for major retail clients.Warehouse Supervisor Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Depot Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the Depot Manager to meet and exceed operational KPI targetsEnsuring compliance with BRCGS standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), and quality assurance processesActing as HACCP Leader and maintaining product quality, safety, legality, and security standardsManaging critical control points and quality procedures within the warehouse operationBuilding strong relationships with customers, third-party providers, suppliers, and the wider supply chainWorking closely with the Equipment Control Team to maintain accurate asset management proceduresSupporting the implementation of Health and Safety, Hygiene, and HR policies across the depotCreating and maintaining a safe, positive, and productive working ..... full job details .....
