About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations within a busy logistics environment. You will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives.

• Ensure all inbound and outbound goods are processed accurately.

• Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy.

• Monitor KPIs and performance targets.

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory/team leader role.

• Strong people management and communication skills.

• Experience in a 3PL, FMCG, or logistics environment.

• IT literate (WMS / Excel).
