We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse professional to lead a Warehouse team and ensure stock is managed and controlled adequately. This is an essential role covering long-term sickness and requires a reliable individual who may be extended past the initial term. It is well suited to an individual with warehouse experience who is looking for sociable hours.Duties of the Stock Control Supervisor will include:Overseeing all warehouse facilitiesManaging a small team of warehouse operatives, including monitoring, coaching and mentoring when necessaryEnsuring regular maintenance of premises, equipment, and company vehiclesMaintaining materials on site and replenishing goods for goods in/outDetermining order fulfillmentRecording accurate logsWorking proactively with teams and ensuring good communication Implementing improvements to improve processesPreparing plans for operational peaks and special projectsEssential experience for the Warehouse Supervisor: Strong experience in a Warehouse/ Stock Control environment Problem-solving skills with a ''can-do'' mindset Good knowledge of current HandS standardsIf you are interested in the Warehouse Supervisor, please click "apply now."
