Warehouse SupervisorLocation: East Sussex Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: Full-time, standard warehouse operating hoursWe are recruiting on behalf of an established client for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take day-to-day responsibility for warehouse operations and a small team.This is a hands-on supervisory position suited to someonewho is organised, proactive and confident taking ownership. You will oversee the day-to-day workload, coordinate packing and dispatch activity, support a small warehouse team and work closely with the wider Operations function to ensure deadlines are met.The RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating the daily warehouse operation, allocating work and ensuring packing and dispatch activities are completed accurately and on time.You will act as a key point of contact between the warehouse and Operations, keeping colleagues informed of workload, progress, potential delays and any issues requiring attention.The role combines team supervision with practical warehouse work, so you will be expected to lead from the front and get involved when required.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Daily PlanningAllocate daily duties and set priorities according to operational requirements.Plan upcoming workload and collections, adapting priorities as circumstances change.Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to warehouse team members.Address performance or conduct concerns appropriately and escalate where ..... full job details .....
