We are recruiting for a well-established business supplies distributor who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. Joining a busy operation in Poole, you will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of warehouse activities and the team on shift. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, ensuring warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with agreed processes, quality standards and operational targets. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the team, allocating daily tasks and ensuring work continues to flow efficiently throughout the shift. You will act as a key point of contact for operational queries, supporting your team and addressing issues before they impact productivity, accuracy or customer service. You will also play an important role in maintaining health and safety standards, monitoring KPIs and supporting continuous improvement across the warehouse.
