This is a practical, hands-on position for someone who can motivate others while ensuring goods are received accurately and customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently and on time. Key responsibilities Lead, motivate and support a small warehouse team in a hands-on operational environment. Oversee goods-in, stock control, order fulfilment and dispatch. Support picking, packing and dispatch during busy periods, staff holidays and absence. Maintain an efficient warehouse layout, accurate stock locations and FIFO processes. Monitor warehouse performance and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and productivity. Train and develop team members, ensuring company procedures and Health and Safety standards are followed. Conduct and support relevant risk assessments and maintain a safe working environment.
