Location: Witham
Salary: -32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Sunday, 1 day at the weekend. Earlys and Lates

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a dynamic fast-moving logistics and supply chain enterprise based in Witham. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for someone with experience in a warehouse and logistics environment who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a well-established organisation.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Manage the yard, drivers, and vehicles to suit the daily requirements of the business.

• Scanning inbound/outbound freight

• Support with weekly audits and compliance checks.

• To supervise a team of warehouse operators.

• Supervise, Report and Investigate any damage to mechanical resources immediately to the Warehouse Management team.

• Daily briefing to team on workload/tasks

The ideal Warehouse Supervisor:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.

• Previous People Management Experience

• A positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues and other departments.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to think strategically and work in a cost-efficient manner.
