Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: WithamSalary: 32,000 per annumContract: PermanentHours: Monday - Sunday, 1 day at the weekend. Earlys and Lates We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a dynamic fast-moving logistics and supply chain enterprise based in Witham. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for someone with experience in a warehouse and logistics environment who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a well-established organisation.Responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor:Manage the yard, drivers, and vehicles to suit the daily requirements of the business.Scanning inbound/outbound freightSupport with weekly audits and compliance checks.To supervise a team of warehouse operators.Supervise, Report and Investigate any damage to mechanical resources immediately to the Warehouse Management team.Daily briefing to team on workload/tasksThe ideal Warehouse Supervisor:Previous experience in a warehouse environment.Previous People Management ExperienceA positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues and other departments.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills.Ability to think strategically and work in a cost-efficient manner.BenefitsCompany EventsOnsite Parking 50 a week bonus.
