The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, safety, and service levels are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and motivate a team of around 15 warehouse operatives across rotating shifts.Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring all operational targets and KPIs are achieved.Coordinate inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements where required.Conduct team briefings, shift handovers, and performance reviews.Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of warehouse staff.Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.Maintain accurate warehouse records and reporting.Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational ..... full job details .....
