Warehouse Supervisor Mayflower Washrooms Swindon £29,hrs Permanent The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of stock. The role supports the Depot Manager in delivering excellent customer service, operational performance and health and safety compliance while leading and developing a small warehouse team. The Warehouse Supervisor role at Mayflower Washrooms will involve: Monitor stock accuracy and inventory control processes. Supervise daily warehouse activities including goods, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Support stock ordering, replenishment and warehouse organisation. Assist with recruitment, induction, and training of warehouse personnel. Liaise effectively with customer service, transport, sales and other departments Lead, coach and support team members. Conduct regular team briefings and training activities. Complete warehouse inspections and address corrective actions The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Supervisor at Mayflower Washrooms will have: Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations. Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred. Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse processes Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
