Warehouse Supervisor – Forklift (Counterbalance / Bendi)
££ Location: High Wycombe
££ Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour
££ Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
££ Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established industrial distribution business specialising in cable and electrical products. This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading a warehouse team while also remaining operational on the floor. Excellent long-term prospects are available following a successful 12-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support daily warehouse operations
- Lead and motivate a small team of warehouse operatives
- Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are met
- Operate Counterbalance forklifts (essential) and Bendi / Narrow Aisle (preferred)
- Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse organisation
- Enforce health and safety procedures and housekeeping standards
- Support training and onboarding of new staff

Requirements

- Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
- Bendi / Narrow Aisle forklift certificate (highly desirable)
- Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience
- Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
