Warehouse Supervisor

Please note due to the location, you will require your own transport - commutable from Thame, Wheatley, Bicester, Aylesbury and surrounds.We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example while ensuring the warehouse runs safely, efficiently and accurately.The RoleReporting to the Warehouse Manager, you''ll lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives while actively supporting day-to-day warehouse activities. Responsibilities include:Leading daily shift briefings and allocating workloads.Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately.Supervising goods-in, stock checks and inventory control.Coordinating deliveries and liaising with transport providers.Training and supporting team members.Monitoring productivity, quality and health and safety standards.Deputising for the Warehouse Manager when required.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.About YouPrevious warehouse experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.Experience managing team performance and working in a fast-paced environment.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and ..... full job details .....
