Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor Location: BedfordHours: Sunday - Thursday (18:30 - 03:00), 40 hoursSalary: £15.86 an hour, weekly payTemporary with the opportunity to go permanent OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well established client based in Bedford. You will oversee the evening picking operation within the warehouse, reporting directly into the Shift Manager, maintaining productivity standards and leading a team of 24 operatives. Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:Lead, coach and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver high performanceOversee daily picking operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and quality standards are metMonitor workflow and resource levels to meet operational demands and KPIsEnsure full compliance with health and safety, company policies and regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement through training, performance management and process optimisationWhat we would like from you:Previous Warehouse Supervisory experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teamsExperience working within a warehouse distribution centre environment Demonstrated experience managing large teams of operatives in a fast-paced setting Strong understanding of warehouse operations, WMS systems, and order picking processesProactive, hands-on leadership style with strong organisational, communication, and safety focusIf you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent ..... full job details .....
