As a Warehouse Supervisor, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse, supporting production activities and leading a team to deliver high levels of service, safety and efficiency. This Warehouse Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and has experience operating beam saws, CNC machinery and counterbalance forklifts. Role and Responsibilities As a Warehouse Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:Supervising warehouse operations and planning workload to ensure customer orders and deliveries are completed on timeLeading Warehouse Operatives, Drivers and Site Supervisors while promoting a safe and productive working environmentSupporting the fabrication of customer orders, including the cutting and drilling of cladding panels using beam saw and CNC equipmentManaging stock, goods-in activities, consumables and quarterly stock takesCoordinating logistics, monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate operational records and reporting This Warehouse Supervisor position offers a combination of team leadership, warehouse management and hands-on production support.
