Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Haywards HeathJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: 32k - 35k DOE Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.Coordinate domestic and international shipments, preparing and reviewing transport and shipping documentation.Support inventory management through stock control, cycle counts, and annual audits.Monitor warehouse performance, investigating stock discrepancies, loss, or damage where required.Supervise and support warehouse staff, allocating workload and promoting safe working practices.Ensure shipments are correctly packed, labelled, and prepared for transportation in line with customer and operational requirements.Contribute to operational improvements, departmental KPIs, and month-end administrative activities.About YouPrevious experience within warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.Working knowledge of shipping and transport documentation, ideally within a distribution or export environment.Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Experience of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse administration.Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across departments.Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be advantageous.A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
