By building from the ground up we are able to entirely rethink both the middle and last mile enabling us to reduce the number of miles driven to deliver each parcel, lower carbon emissions, and lower costs, all while channelling funds to community members.

As shoppers, we should have complete control over when and how we receive our purchases, and we should be able to return unwanted items as easily as we ordered them. That’s why whenever you buy from a merchant powered by Relay, you’ll be able to reschedule your delivery at any time. And if you don’t like what you ordered, at the tap of a button we’ll send someone to pick it up.

To orchestrate this complex ballet, Relay relies on a wide range of technologies, from advanced routing and planning to sophisticated user experiences that guide our team members on the ground.

About The Role

Please note : This is a night shift position.

at an exciting moment in our journey as we scale our network and drive forward our mission to transform e-commerce delivery. With 8–9 new sort centres planned over the coming years, this role plays a key part in turning that vision into reality.

As a

Warehouse Supervisor , you’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape a brand-new site from the ground up—embedding best practices, building and supporting a high-performing team, and creating a strong, values-led culture from day one.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role, where you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of sort operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. You’ll have a direct impact on site performance and be an integral part of our ambitious growth plans, backed by $35 million in Series A funding.

As the Warehouse Supervisor at Relay, you can expect to have the following responsibilities

Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are metSupporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operativesLeading, motivating, and coaching your team to high performanceEnsuring health and safety standards are upheld and continuously improvedIdentifying and acting on opportunities to drive efficiency and service qualityCollaborating with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have

Previous experience in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environmentA proactive leader with strong communication and team-building skillsAble to think on your feet, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressureComfortable using data to track performance and make improvementsA hands-on, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves

Additional Experience In Candidates Is Desirable

Experience managing a 24/7 or predominantly night-shift operationExposure to automation/robotics in logisticsAbility to manage complex supplier relationships at site levelProven ability to scale processes and manage change in fast-paced environments
