We''re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy operations team and help drive performance, safety, and efficiency in a busy environment.The RoleYou''ll oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring timely picking, packing, and deliveries. You''ll lead and support a small team, prioritising workloads, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The working pattern is Monday to Friday 2am to 11am. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations, allocating and monitoring workloadsEnsure all orders (IRFs) are picked, processed, invoiced, and dispatched on timeCoordinate deliveries and plan loading schedulesSupport staff development through cross-training and on-the-job coachingAssist with stock control and ensure accurate computer recordsMaintain warehouse systems and ISO9002 compliancePromote a clean, safe, and organised working environmentHelp manage packing consumables and equipment maintenanceStep in for the Warehouse Manager when required What You''ll Need Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory/team leader roleLicensed four-way forklift driverStrong planning, problem-solving, and team coordination skillUnderstanding of Health and Safety legislation and ISO procedureConfident using warehouse systems and invoicing toolAbility to distinguish between different materials/productsYou''ll be working ..... full job details .....
