About the Role
This permanent Warehouse Supervisor role in Grimsby suits someone with supervisory experience ready to lead a small team. Working Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, with one Saturday in four (typically finishing around 10am), the post pays £14.10 hourly, rising to £17.63 for weekend shifts. Duties cover supervising intake, managing goods in and out, stock control, and keeping the site organised to health and safety standards. Candidates must hold a counterbalance forklift licence and have their own transport, as the site is not served by public routes. Key Responsibilities

What We''re Looking For
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience, including goods in/goods out and stock management
- Previous experience supervising or leading a small warehouse team is preferred
- Experience within the fish industry is beneficial but not essential
Skills andamp; Qualifications
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
- Strong organisational and stock management skills
- Ability to lead a team and prioritise workloads effectively
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
