Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor Location: Snetterton, Norfolk Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We''re looking for an experienced Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor to lead a small warehouse team on our afternoon/evening late shift. This is a hands-on role where you''ll oversee the picking, packing, loading and dispatch of furniture, ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality and health and safety are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and support the late shift warehouse team.Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery.Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and damage-free.Oversee the safe loading of 3.5-tonne delivery vans.Complete shift handovers and resolve any outstanding issues.Maintain high housekeeping and health and safety standards.Monitor team performance and delegate workloads effectively.Support the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse. About You: Previous experience supervising or managing a warehouse team.Hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.Physically fit and comfortable handling large furniture items.Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
