Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor Location: Snetterton, Norfolk
Salary: -35,000 - -38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We''re looking for an experienced Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor to lead a small warehouse team on our afternoon/evening late shift. This is a hands-on role where you''ll oversee the picking, packing, loading and dispatch of furniture, ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality and health & safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and support the late shift warehouse team.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and damage-free.
• Oversee the safe loading of 3.5-tonne delivery vans.
• Complete shift handovers and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Maintain high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
• Monitor team performance and delegate workloads effectively.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

About You:

• Previous experience supervising or managing a warehouse team.
• Hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling large furniture items.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
