Warehouse Supervisor

Industrious Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a well-established engineering company based in the Northampton area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills to join a busy and fast-paced engineering environment. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Within a precision engineering environment, this role is critical to maintaining accurate stock control, production continuity, and customer delivery performance. The position also has responsibility for coordinating company transport activities, including organising drivers, and managing deliveries and collections to customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of materials. A hands-on approach is essential to support daily warehouse activities.
